Aluminium truck wheels oxidise fast on Sydney roads. Brake dust, road grime, salt air near the coast and harsh truck-wash chemicals all eat into the surface until the wheel goes grey and cloudy. A quick wipe won’t fix that. The oxidised layer has to be cut back before the metal can shine again.
How we do it
We use a staged process on every rim: a degrease and decontamination wash, a heavy cut to remove oxidation and light scratches, a refining polish, then a final colour polish that leaves the wheel reflecting like glass. Inner and outer faces can both be done, and we finish with a protective coat so the shine lasts longer between visits.
Because we’re fully mobile, there’s no downtime driving to a workshop. We set up at your yard, depot or home driveway in Prestons and across Western Sydney, and your truck is ready to roll when we pack up.

Truck Rim Polishing FAQs
How long does it take to polish a set of truck rims?
It depends on how oxidised they are and how many wheels are on the truck. A prime mover's outer faces are usually a few hours. Heavily neglected wheels take longer. We'll give you a time estimate when we quote.
Can you polish rims with the tyres still on?
Yes. We polish wheels on the truck with tyres fitted, so nothing needs to be removed.
How long will the shine last?
With a regular wash and a maintenance polish every few months, polished alloys stay bright. We can set up a maintenance schedule for owner-operators and fleets.
